Lisa Ann Mason

I'm Lisa Ann Mason — a Legacy Architect, strategist, and the founder of L.A. Mason & Associates LLC. I grew up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, raised by a Mississippi woman who taught me that how you build your household determines what your family inherits. Not just the money — the knowledge, the values, the sense of who you are and where you come from. That lesson became my life's work. For over two decades, I've helped Black families create the legal, financial, and strategic infrastructure that protects what they build and transfers it — intentionally — to the next generation. Estate planning, financial sovereignty, legacy systems, and the kind of education most of us were never given access to. That's what I do. That's what The House is built around. I'm also a grandmother of ten, a whole food cook, a container gardener, and a firm believer that the work of building wealth and the work of building a life are not two different things. They're the same work. If you're ready to stop leaving your family's future to chance, you're in the right place. Welcome to The House.
